Do you have a disability or experience any limitations preventing you from reaching a polling station?
For Latvian and other EU citizens:
Where do I vote? You can vote at any polling station in Latvia. They'll be open on election day and a few days before. Early voting at polling stations is on June 3, 6, and 7.
A list of polling stations are available on the website of the Central Election Commission of Latvia (in Latvian). Plus, you don't need to register beforehand; Latvian authorities do it for you.
What documents should I bring? Valid passport or your ID card.

Accessibility Information: If you are physically unable to vote or sign the register of voters, another person whom you trust may do so in your presence according to your instructions.
If you are unable to go to the polling station due to health reasons, you can also apply to vote at home, hospital, or care institution. Caregivers can also apply for them. The application must be submitted in writing by 12:00 on election day. information on the accessibility of polling stations for wheelchair voters will be available on the website of the Central Election Commission, No later than 20 May 2024.
Outside Latvia
Where do I vote? You can vote at the embassy, consulate, or by post:
- For in-person voting at your embassy or consulate, no announcement is needed. Also, no advance registration is required as authorities do it automatically.
- To vote by post, apply between May 4 and 31 using the Voters register e-service.
